This sobering spot for the Cancer Council gave us an opportunity to once again flex our character design and animation muscles while experimenting with a highly stylised illustrative aesthetic to produce this illuminating commercial.


The spot set out to question the hypocrisy of junk food at sporting stadiums.


While a 2D cel drawn style was the influence, 3D animation software (in the form of Cinema 4D) was the preferred method of execution for the flexibility of experimentation around design, shot coverage and emotional context.
